<div itemprop="description">CRAWFORD, Alice Anne (n&eacute;e Gravelle)<br /><br />Suddenly, yet peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus, at the age of 81 years. <br /><br />Beloved wife of the late Lorne. Proud Mommy of Donna (Brian) Wynn, Jim (Katie Martin), and Kelly (Laurier Vall&eacute;e). Adored and cherished Nana of Jill Wynn, and Ang&egrave;le Vall&eacute;e. Predeceased by her parents Emile and Cecile Gravelle. Dear sister of the late Emile Jr., the late Noella (the late Jim) Harrington, the late Eugene &lsquo;Bess&rsquo; (Doreen), Albert, Patricia &lsquo;Patsy&rsquo; (the late Gary) Renaud, Henry (Sharron), Gerry, Aline Derowin, and Su&rsquo; (Jig) McLaurin. Sister-in-law of Jack (Dee) Crawford, and Alice &lsquo;Babe&rsquo; Pelton. Survived by her Aunt Th&eacute;r&egrave;sa and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Alice will be greatly missed by her gaming partners Dorothy, Aline, and Dee. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. <br /><br />A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful and compassionate staff at the Civic Hospital.<br /><br />Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, Walkley Chapel, 1255 Walkley Road, Ottawa (613-731-1255) on Thursday from 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass Friday at Saint Bernard Roman Catholic Parish at 11:00 a.m. Interment Saint Bernard Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stoke Foundation may be made in Alice&rsquo;s memory.</div>
