Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Ottawa General Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Maria Guzzo (nee Mangone). Loving father of Francesca and Leopoldo. Son of the late Leopoldo Guzzo and Francesca Milito. Dear brother of Cesira (the late Antonio), Ida (the late Giovanni) and Flora (the late Osvaldo). Son-in-law of the late Luigi and Annarosa Mangone, and brother-in-law of Anthony (Lucy), Caterina (Greg) and John. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and relatives in Italy and in Canada.
Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, Walkley Chapel (1255 Walkley Rd, Ottawa) Thursday, March 9, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service Friday, March 10 to St Anthony’s Church (Booth and Gladstone) for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 a.m. Entombment Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street.
