Loving wife of the late William (Bill) Deeks. Much loved mother of Ann Woodall (the late Dr. Kenneth) and Brian (Denise Lamoureux). Cherished grandmother of Michelle Lank (Dr. Edward), Stephen Woodall (Nicole), Kristopher Chisholm, Emma and Kathleen Deeks and step-grandmother of Amanda O’Neill (Jeff) and great grandmother of Charlotte, Olivia, Madeleine, Callum, Brielle and Oliver. Predeceased by her parents, Darcino and Claudine Clavette and her brother Victor. She is remembered as the pillar of the family who managed a portfolio of rental properties while proudly raising her family and being a devoted wife. She maintained her valued relationships with her close friends and family throughout her life.
A gathering to celebrate Laurence’s full and vibrant life of 95 years will be held at the Kelly Funeral Home, Walkley Chapel (1255 Walkley Rd, Ottawa) on Saturday, February 18th after 10:30 a.m., followed by a service in the Chapel at 11:30 am.
