<div itemprop="description">URSACHI, Frank<br /><br />It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Ursachi on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in Ottawa, Ontario at the age of 95.<br /><br />Loving husband of Shirley Marie Therese. Beloved father of Wayne Ursacki (Karen) of Welland, Ontario, Mark Ursacki (Anne) of Toronto, Ontario and step-father to Katherine Gerber of Mississauga.<br /><br />Proud grandfather of Jennifer and Andrew Ursacki of Welland, Ontario and Matthew and Scott Ursacki of Toronto, Ontario.<br /><br />Frank was pre-deceased by his brothers Earl, Walter, William, Mitz and Jack and his sister Nora.<br /><br />He was born on October 19, 1919 in Stamford, Ontario, and grew up in the Niagara Region. He served his country in WW2 in the Artillery division of the Canadian army, and upon his discharge was employed as a millwright at Stelco, Page-Hersey in Welland until his retirement.<br /><br />At Frank&rsquo;s request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are being entrusted to Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road, Ottawa, Ontario (613-731-1255)<br /><br />A Memorial Service will be held in the near future, and details will be made available when finalized.<br /><br />The family would like to thank the 5th floor staff at the Ottawa General Hospital for all their loving care and attention given during his time there.<br /><br />As an expression of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.</div>
