<div itemprop="description">IOCCA, Ginevra (nee Stefanelli)<br />Embraced by the love of Jesus and the Virgin Mary, passed away November 21, 2015 peacefully at the age of 87 at home in her sleep with family by her side. She was a phenomenal mother and wife and will be remembered for her incredible strength and perseverance, her deep love of her family and boundless selflessness, amazing compassion and warmth and her endless kindness and generosity to all. You will always be in our heart; we&rsquo;ll always remember your beautiful smile and will be forever missed. Predeceased by her mother Giovina and father Giovanni Stefanelli, sister Stefanina and nephew Joe. Loving wife of Cosimo and much adored mother of Vincenzo and Alessio (Lynne) and daughter Lucia. Also survived by caring and loving nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in Ottawa and Argentina. Special thanks for the loving care and love provided by Mary-Elizabeth, Mary and Gloria. Also our deepest gratitude to Dr. Coulombe and the wonderful and considerate nurses, doctors and staff of CCAC, St. Elizabeth Health Care and the Ottawa General Hospital and to the City of Ottawa paramedics for their caring services. Family and friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, Walkley Chapel, 1255 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON K1V 6P9, 613-731-1255, Tuesday, November 24th, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, November 25th, 2015 to St. Anthony&rsquo;s Church (427 Booth Street) for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10:00 a.m. Internment at Notre Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Champlain Community Care Access Centre or to the St. Elizabeth Foundation. Alternatively, please perform a kind deed for a needy person or a child or animal as this was the essence of who our Mom was.</div>
